Erin has helped me in many different aspects of my business. Most recently she has been working with me in a Project Management role. We have a total team of 5 Virtual Assistants supporting my coaching program, and Erin has taken the lead in the team. She handles all projects from me, assigning them to the “best” fit. She ensures they are completed within a reasonable time frame, and handles the questions from the team on projects. She is leading them in creating a process manual that will track all our “regular” projects. Since Erin has taken over managing the team, the productivity level has skyrocketed. Projects are getting done faster, and she has bumped up the expectation level to exceed what I requested. She has taken some of the team under her wing, and is mentoring them, above and beyond what I have asked of her.
